Unless you're a patient sort, I'd say that these vids are best for those who want to watch the entire exams from start to finish. There are 2 quality levels, the "HD" versions not acually shown in HD.
Now let's talk about the patients and the action. The guys range from regular everyday amateurs to athletic jocks, and each has a medical report instead of a profile showing things like height, weight and blood pressure, plus notes including genito-urinary info. The exams here progress slowly and realistically in a believable examination room.
