My all-time fave, though, are Anthony's top tips for a happy, healthy anus and they are as follows: 1. Do not douche with soap. 2. There is such a thing as TOO MUCH douching. 3. Do not double-douche. 4. Douching is not a good way to break the ice with a random hook-up. And finally 5. People don't like to talk about douching so do not feature it in general conversation frequently!
